Traditionally, you can expect the Cocktail/Dinner list to play until the first dance, and then the Dance/Party set will begin! Think of the playlists below as choices on a menu for your DREAM reception!
Cocktail/Dinner Playlists:
Classic Jazz-This elegant playlist features the hits of Frank Sinatra, Harry Connick, Jr., Michael Buble and other legends of high class jazz. The is the standard cocktail hour/dinner playlist enjoyed by the vast majority of our clients.
Contemporary Sounds-This playlist features a great mix of light pop and RnB favorites from artists like Janet Jackson, U2, Phil Collins, Jason Mraz..you get the drift. This playlist can be a great prelude a BIG dance party!
Dance/Party Playlists:
The Classic Party Playlist-This playlist gives you a little bit of everything to create the atmosphere you want for your reception. It features the sounds of Aretha Franklin, Kool and the Gang, Jackson 5, Tim McGraw, Rascal Flatts, Taylor Swift, Train, Beyonce, Mark Anthony, etc…This is the most popular party playlist amongst our clients
The Contemporary Bride-The first half of this playlist is similar to the Classic Party, but after that, we kick it up a notch with all of your favorite Top 100 dance hits of today: Beyonce, Michael Franti, Sean Kingston, Lady Gaga, Usher…you get the picture!
The Good Clean Fun- We have had many requests for this playlist, and are very happy to deliver! Many guests and family members may have reservations about one genre of music or another, and this playlist is designed to please everyone ! It features a high concentration of good time oldies, Motown and Contemporary Christian on request.
A few things to note:
You can be as involved as you want to be in planning your music. You tell us which playlist you want, and leave the rest up to us, or you can specify songs that you want and don’t want. Requests are unlimited and any list can be customized to your taste.
We never play anything labeled explicit in any playlist.
